Dear Family & Friends,
Well, it’s been one crazy week with a
lot of opposition with many people here in Stockport, but that also means that
many good things are happening! We met this young lady (maybe 23 yrs. old) at
her home just the other night ago and she first said that she was atheist and
almost closed the door, but we asked her the questions of why and how. After
asking her a few questions, we taught her the gospel at her doorstep and she
completely changed from totally anti-Christian to having a desire to know more.
She even asked, "So what do I need to do?" that was the golden
question :) we gave her the Book of Mormon and set up an appt then headed on
our way with a spiritual uplift. maybe 6 min later she shot us a text and told
us that her boyfriend was not happy and that she wanted us to come over and
speak to him. So we came back maybe 15 since our initial contact and right as
we knocked the boyfriend opened the door (as if he were
prayers back
since the beginning of time, why would he stop now? He is the same yesterday,
today, and forever!!!
Everything is doing really well, we just had
the England Manchester Mission Historical Tour today so my email was a bit late
but I have some pictures to share :) The EMM is the greatest mission of all and
is such a blessing to my life and the lives of others to serve here. I love you allI miss you all. And I love the emails you send, they uplift and help me in the work!
